Where Conspiracy began

There was a team, that changed how this work felt.

Not because it was easy. It wasn’t. The problems were real, the stakes were high, and the path forward was rarely obvious. But something about the way we worked together made it different.

We trusted each other. We said what needed to be said. We asked better questions. We moved through uncertainty without losing our footing.

There was a shared understanding that didn’t need to be over-explained. A sense that we were working toward the same thing, even when the details were still unfolding.

Around that time, ravens started to show up as a quiet symbol for us. Intelligent. Observant. Moving with intention. Never alone for long.

And at some point, someone called what we had built a “conspiracy.”

Not in the way the word is usually used, but in its truest sense; a group working together with shared intent. Coordinated. Thoughtful. Moving as one.

The name stayed.

Because that kind of alignment is rare. And once you’ve experienced it, you recognize how much it changes what a team is capable of.

Conspiracy Product Co. was built on that idea.

That teams can work this way. That clarity can exist, even in complexity. That momentum doesn’t have to come at the expense of thoughtfulness.

And that when the right people are aligned around what matters, the work moves forward in a way that feels different.

That’s the standard we hold ourselves to in the teams we build and the teams we work with.

Sheila Herbert

Founder & CEO

I’ve spent the last 15+ years leading product and technology teams through growth, change, and moments where things weren’t working the way they should.

Across industries, the pattern has been consistent. The hardest problems aren’t technical. They’re about clarity, alignment, and how teams make decisions together.

I’ve seen what happens when those things break down. Teams work hard, but not always in the same direction. Decisions slow down. Priorities compete. Progress is there, but momentum is harder to find.

I’ve also seen what happens when it clicks. When a team is aligned around what matters, the work moves differently. Decisions get clearer. Execution becomes more focused. Momentum builds in a way that actually lasts.

That experience is what Conspiracy is built on.

We operate as a team of experienced product and technology leaders who stay close to the work. We care as much about how teams work together as what they produce. Clear thinking, honest conversations, and shared ownership aren’t side effects of the work. They are the work.

I lead engagements and ensure the right people are involved based on what the work requires, but the goal is never to center one person. It’s to build alignment across the team so progress doesn’t depend on any single voice.

The goal isn’t to add another layer. It’s to help teams operate better and move forward with confidence.

We value clear thinking, direct communication, and shared ownership
